Complaint procedure

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or any element thereof. You may also request information to be provided via an alternative means of access, for example by reading out a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc.

The request should contain the details of the person making the request, an indication of the website or mobile application concerned, and a means of contact. If the person making the request needs the information to be provided via an alternative means of access, they should also specify a convenient way of presenting the information.

The public entity should fulfil the request without delay, no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If this deadline cannot be met, the public entity shall immediately inform the requester when the request can be fulfilled, with a maximum deadline of 2 months from the date of the request.

If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may offer an alternative means of access to the information.

If the public entity refuses to fulfil the request for accessibility or an alternative means of access, the requester may file a complaint regarding digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or their element.
